We have been blessed with what can only be described as a lovely Indian Summer. Much needed after the washout we had all throughout July, so we have lapped up the sun rays, and finally gotten our dose of Vitamin C. However, the mornings are getting darker, the sun goes down earlier, and there is a well-known chill in the air. Autumn is near, and with Autumn comes the need of wrapping up – and cozying up inside creating some HYGGE.
The colours of the Autumn season are darker, richer and this year the cooler tones are in fashion. I have found some divine items from the new Housedoctor AW2016 collection. These items are stunning and I would be more than happy having most of these beauties at home.
One item I adore in particular, is the small rug, used as a wall hanging here. Remember my story about the weaved wall hangings my Mum used to make. Wall hangings are a cute, quick and stylish way to update any wall. Perhaps I need to get hold of a small weave so I can make some myself. Do you know how to weave? And more importantly – where I can purchase a small weave? Happy Wednesday everybody!!
