Watermelon popsicles

Even though it has been raining cats and dogs here, it is still summer, and when it is summer you can eat all the ice cream you want! Right!!

Well in this house, we love ice-cream and if I am honest, we can consume a lot during the hotter months. I like to mak my own popsicles, so I know exactly what they contain, and that way I also know how much sugar the girls consume.watermelon popsicles These ones I have made for you guys today are the easiest summer popsicles ever! Because all you have to do is put a stick into a slice of watermelon, and voilá you have a healthy popsicle. And with this one, I will not complain if they ask for another one later that day. It is a simple and healthy way to get some fruit inside the kids too. So have fun making these incredible healthy and tasty popsicles for the kids, and yourself to enjoy on a hot summers day.

      Hey Sus,

They do taste yummy, a rather mild taste, like watermelon, but frozen of course.

      A x
