I have always loved a good notebook, somewhere I can write down my dreams, plans, notes, or doodles.
When I was younger, most of the notebooks were black with red edges, or the other way around, but stationary and the paper goods industry has grown – and is now huge because people love to buy pretty things.
Yes, we all have a BIC pen amongst our stationary, or in the kitchen drawer, but I must admit I am the first person to purchase a cute pen, notebook, or folder.
The other day I got an email introducing the Lacroix notebooks, and fell head over heels – these are lovely, decadent and simply to die for. The collection also includes playing cards, Diaries, postcards, and much more. I simply love the theatrical universe, so I have picked a few firm favourites – these are on my ‘must buy’ list and the best thing about them – they are not even articularly pricey 🙂
These Lacroix notebooks are gorgeous Anya! I have notebooks full of ideas scattered everywhere. One beside the bed, one on my desk, one in my bag. I love sometimes taking the time to go through from time to time.
